Pickup Policy

Your Backyard Experience packages are self-pickup weekend rentals in the Lacey–Olympia area.

Pickup

  • Standard packages require at least 21 calendar days of lead time for online reservations. For an earlier weekend, text or call 253-777-1978 so we can confirm availability personally. Wedding Self-Set-Up reservations open four calendar months ahead online; text or call us for an earlier wedding date.
  • We send your pickup instructions after your reservation is confirmed.
  • Choose Thursday or Friday pickup when you reserve. Exact Lacey pickup instructions are shared privately after confirmation.

Weekend use

Keep your package for the full weekend and set it up on your schedule. Please repack all equipment in the provided containers after use.

Limited delivery requests

Delivery and setup are not part of standard reservations. For select large events, they may be available by request with at least 30 days’ advance notice and are subject to availability.
