The experience behind YBE

About Your Backyard Experience

Your Backyard Experience (YBE) is a family-run Lacey, Washington yard-game rental company. We turn ordinary outdoor spaces into memorable places to play for birthdays, weddings, reunions, graduations, neighborhood parties, and company gatherings across Thurston County, Tacoma, Olympia, and nearby Puget Sound communities.

Our Mission

We believe the best gatherings bring people together. Yard games help guests put down their phones, laugh, compete, talk, and make memories they will actually remember afterward. Our mission is to make that easy with curated packages and a simple local pickup process.

How It Works

Our standard experience is whole-weekend self-pickup: choose your event date, pick up Thursday or Friday, enjoy the games all weekend, and return the organized kit Monday by 8:00 PM. Clear instructions and a quick handoff keep it straightforward.

Limited Event Support

For select large events, delivery and setup may be available by request with at least 30 days’ advance notice. This service is limited and subject to availability.

Made for Shared Moments

Each package is built to help guests meet, compete, laugh, and make shared memories together. Our games are rental equipment, so they may show normal signs of use while remaining clean, safe, and ready for play.
